Once we review your idea, we schedule a free in-person consultation. This is where the real collaboration begins.
We’ll sit down together and talk through:
• The meaning behind the tattoo
• Size and placement on the body
• Style and artistic direction
• How the design will flow with your anatomy
Some tattoos look great on paper but need adjustments to look perfect on the body. This consultation ensures the design works with you, not against you.
*We will also collect a deposit for the tattoo at this time if you choose to move forward
After the consultation, we begin custom drawing your tattoo.
This is where your idea becomes real.
Every design at Golden Octave Tattoo Company is built specifically for the person wearing it. We take the time to refine the concept, balance the composition, and make sure the artwork will age beautifully over time.
Before anything is tattooed, you’ll review the design and confirm it feels exactly right.

Once the design is approved, we schedule your tattoo session.
Depending on the size and complexity of the piece, this may be a single session or multiple appointments. We’ll walk you through timing, preparation, and anything you should know beforehand.
By the time your appointment is booked, the hard thinking is already done.
