At Golden Octave Tattoo Company, we want you to be satisfied with any merchandise purchased from our shop. If something is not right, we are happy to review a return request under the guidelines below.

Merchandise Returns

Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in resellable condition
• Include original packaging, tags, and materials when applicable
• Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within approximately one week after the returned item has been received.

Golden Octave Tattoo Company reserves the right to deny a return or refund if the item does not meet the conditions listed above.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Tattoo Services

Due to the custom, permanent, and artistic nature of tattoo work, all tattoo services are final and non-refundable.

Each tattoo is created specifically for the individual client and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the service has been performed.

If you have any questions before your appointment, we encourage open communication so we can ensure the design, placement, and expectations are clearly understood before tattooing begins.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you.
